1. REPORT YOUR CLAIM BY PHONE

2. Tell us what happened

Give your name, address, policy number, and the date and time of your loss. Make sure to tell them where you can be reached, especially if you are unable to stay in your home. Follow up the call with a letter detailing the problem. Keep a copy of the letter.


3. Working with your adjuster

Your insurance agent will arrange for an adjustor to visit your property and assess the damage. Be sure the adjustor is properly licensed. You can call the Insurance Consumer Help Line, at 1800-1990


4. Make a detail

Videotape or take pictures of the accident scene with your mobile phone

In case of Road Traffic accident

  • Don't leave the accident scene
  • Report the accident to Road Traffic police /102/
  • Call the emergency services if anyone is injured./103/
  • Report the accident to us as soon as possible on 1800-1990
  • Take pictures of the accident scene with your mobile phone.
  • Review your policy for specific coverage information..

In case of Fire risk

  • Report the accident to National Emergency Management Agency and Fire Fighting Brigade /105,101/
  • Report the accident to us as soon as possible on 1800-1990
  • Notify to the following authorities depending on the occurrence situation / Police, Emergency ambulance, General Agency for Specialized Investigation etc /х
  • Videotape or take pictures of the accident scene with your mobile phone

In case of Natural disaster risk

  • Report the accident to National Emergency Management Agency and Fire Fighting Brigade /105,101/
  • Report the accident to us as soon as possible on 1800-1990
  • Videotape or take pictures of the accident scene with your mobile phone.
  • Notify to the following authorities depending on the occurrence situation / Police, Emergency ambulance, General Agency for Specialized Investigation etc /

In case of Electric power risk

  • Give a call National Emergency Management Agency /105,101/
  • Give a call the Insurer /1800-1990/
  • Notify to the following authorities depending on the occurrence situation / Police, Emergency ambulance, General Agency for Specialized Inspection, Ulaanbaatar Electricity distribution Network etc /
  • Take photos of the accident and collect evidences Take photos of the accident circumstance, damaged parts and its site including every involved vehicle and their plate number. Also collect evidences as much as you can
